I received a good quantity of freshly homegrown tomatoes from my dear friend and chose to make the best out of it. You can make these versatile cuties ahead of time and keep them refrigerated until ready to be served. To make it semi-homemade, simple buy the guacamole readily made and stuff your cherry tomatoes. These can be made a lot in a jiffy hence its perfect for any sized party. Most importantly, it makes a gorgeous presentation on your dinner or buffet table. You are sure to love them and make this a go-to recipe.

The smooth avocados mixture works well as a dip and for this stuffing, whereas I personally like them chunky for chip and tacos.
